What is your shipping policy?
We offer tiered flat-rate shipping based on your order total. Options include standard doorstep delivery and full-service White Glove delivery, which includes assembly and packaging removal.
Do you offer a warranty on your furniture?
Yes, we stand by our designs. Blu Dot products are covered by a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
What is your return policy?
If you are not in love with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 10% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Can I request fabric or material swatches?
Absolutely. We offer free swatches for most of our upholstery and wood finishes to help you make the perfect choice for your space. You can order them directly from the product pages.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. For large furniture items, our delivery partner will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window.
